Requirements

Work Location: Remote work available for online position; in-person role is only based in Auckland, New Zealand Job Responsibilities: I. Online Website Operation and Content Promotion 1. Be responsible for daily operation and maintenance of the official website. Regularly update and publish various performance news, event schedules, activity announcements and artist-related content to ensure the website content is real-time, accurate and complete. 2. Organise and re-create performance materials, edit and produce highlight videos and behind-the-scenes clips of shows, meet publishing standards for the website and various media platforms, and continuously deliver high-quality content. 3. Manage online sharing and distribution of performance content, support the whole process including pre-show promotion, campaign release and post-event review, to boost show exposure and online influence. 4. Monitor website content metrics, briefly analyse content communication effectiveness, optimise the format and frequency of content release, and improve user engagement and activity. II. On-site Operation for In-person Events 1. Provide on-site support for local performances in Auckland. Collaborate with the team to complete event preparation and on-site process coordination to ensure smooth delivery of shows. 2. Manage audience interaction and services on site, guide audience admission and viewing, respond to audience enquiries, and build a pleasant on-site viewing atmosphere. 3. Assist with materials arrangement for offline events, maintain on-site order, and complete pre-show and post-show site wrap-up work. What We Expect: 1. Passion for the performing arts and entertainment industry, familiar with new media content distribution. Prior experience in website operation, video editing and on-site event execution is preferred. 2. Proficient in basic video editing tools; able to independently edit performance clips, organise materials and format and publish content. 3. Candidates for the in-person role must be based in Auckland, New Zealand. Flexible availability to work according to performance and event schedules is required. 4. Strong communication skills, execution ability and sense of responsibility. Meticulous and patient at work, capable of efficiently collaborating with the team on all tasks. 5.
